Definitions:
"we", "our", "us"– Laura Hunter Design
"you", "your","the customer" - the person, firm, or company for whom the service relates to.
"in writing", "written" - signed letter(s), e-mail(s).
"the Project" - work to be undertaken by Laura Hunter Design for the Customer.

- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- The acceptance of a quote either verbally or in writing shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between the customer and Laura Hunter Design.
- Unless otherwise agreed a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total quoted price must be provided before the project commences.
- Laura Hunter Design will initially place the customer’s web site on a demonstration server in order that the customer may view and comment upon the project. Once the customer has signed off the project a final invoice will be issued.
- All payments must be paid within 30 days from date of invoice.
- The website will not be placed onto the production server or the files handed over to the customer until payment has been received in full.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any web site is lawful, does not infringe any copyright or any other laws.
- Laura Hunter Design will make every effort to produce websites which will work on the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox and most browsers, but the customer agrees that Laura Hunter Design cannot guarantee correct functionality with all browser software across different operating systems.
- If the customer wants to make amendments to the initial specification this must be done in writing. If Laura Hunter Design feels that any item requested by the customer does not fit within the initial brief, the customer will be notified immediately. The item will then either be quoted separately, or charged as an extra at a rate of £20 per hour or part thereof.
- The customer is ultimately responsible for checking the correctness of the site before they give Laura Hunter Design the go ahead to make the site publicly available. Once a site has been approved and signed-off, all additional corrections and modifications to the site will be charged as extras at a rate of £20 per hour or part thereof.
- Customers should note that Laura Hunter Design use third party hosting services.
- You will be bound by the host companies Terms and Conditions, once your domain name is registered and hosting package is secured. Our Suppliers' Terms of Services are available on request.
- A discrete link to the Laura Hunter Design website will appear at the bottom of each page on the website, unless we are requested not to do so by the customer.A direct link will be placed on Laura Hunter Design's portfolio page, unless otherwise stated by the customer.
- Domain Names will be registered in the customer’s name and the responsibility for renewal of domain names rests solely with the customer.
