"A friend of mine told me about Laura and Emma and showed me a business card they had designed for her. It was impressive. I needed to set up a website and a brand identity for my new business selling baby and mother gifts at baby shower parties. I was pretty naive and still don't know much about how the Internet really works but I did have a clear idea about how I wanted my business to look. I had one meeting with Emma and Laura together and was pleased with how professional they were. I felt relaxed and able to express my thoughts and ideas without causing upset. The rest of our communications were mostly by email which is what I wanted. I'm sure if I needed another meeting I could have had one. I also had a family crisis during the early stages of development of the website and logo which held everything up. Laura and Emma were very understanding and didn't put any pressure on at all during this time. When I was ready we just picked up the project where we had left it. The price of the website and the graphics were very reasonable and could not be beaten by any commercial website designers I had approached before or since.
