Laura is the techie of the team, having worked in the IT arena for over 12 years. She has the unique combination of being technical and business minded. Having graduated with a French and Business Studies degree she has worked in a number of roles, from Programmer to Business Analyst and has experience of working on various web-based projects from conception to delivery. Laura is keenly focused on the customer experience and communication and does not speak "techno-gabble"!
